Short pants length is usually above the knees. In summer and warmer periods, they replace popular sports skirts. There are many different types and styles of shorts, which can be worn for different occasions. Dressier pairs can even be worn to work in some more casual offices during the summertime. Shorts are a versatile clothing item that every person should have in their wardrobe. Here are just a few reasons why. Perhaps the biggest advantage of wearing shorts is that they’re extremely comfortable. They don’t bind or constrict like pants do, so you can move around freely without feeling uncomfortable. This makes them ideal for activities like playing sports or going for a run. They also don’t require a belt, which can often be quite uncomfortable (especially when it starts digging into your waist). Plus, they typically have an elastic waistband that doesn’t pinch or dig in like most pants do. They keep you cool on hot days, wearing long pants can make you feel really sweaty and sticky since they trap heat against your skin. But with shorts, air can circulate more freely around your legs and thighs, helping you stay cool and dry – even if it’s 35 degrees outside! This is especially important when participating in outdoor activities such as hiking or biking where you tend to get warmer than usual due to all the physical activity involved. Wearing breathable fabrics will help keep you even cooler (think linen or cotton instead of polyester). If possible, choose lighter colors as well since darker shades tend to absorb more heat from the sun rather than reflect it away like lighter colors do.

Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic material that is made from a variety of materials, most commonly PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Polyester fibers are made by forcing a mass in a liquid state through a nozzle to form a fiber. These fibers can be found in virtually all textile products. The market is full of fabrics and clothing made of mixtures of polyester with other materials (most often with cotton, viscose, wool, etc.), because the combination has better properties than each material alone. Polyester cannot be dyed with commonly available dyes. Polyester products should be washed at a low temperature and preferably inside out so that the material does not mulch. The biggest advantage is low creasability. The material also dries very quickly, which is an advantage, for example, for sportswear. Polyester can replace various materials that are otherwise very expensive - silk is an example for all of them.
