Materials

Wool (38.4%)

Wool is an animal fiber that can be spun into yarn or fabric. It is most commonly associated with sheep’s wool, but can be also wool from other animals. Wool has many benefits over other fibers. It is warm, absorbent, fire-resistant, durable and clothing produce from wool is odorless. The use of wool dates back to the Stone Age, when early humans first began domesticating sheep. Sheep were originally bred for their meat and milk, but early humans quickly realized that their fleece could be used to make clothing and blankets. The use of wool spread throughout the world as different cultures developed their own methods of spinning and weaving it into fabric. Today, wool is still widely used in a variety of applications. It is commonly used in winter clothing because it insulates against cold weather better than any other fiber. Woolen fabrics are also popular for suits, slacks, coats, and dresses due to their wrinkle-resistance and durability.

Polyester (23.5%)

Polyester is the most widely used synthetic fiber in the textile industry. Polyester clothing is durable and flexible. The most commonly used type of polyester is PET fibers, which is also used to make plastic bottles. A new trend is clothing made from recycled PET bottles.

Angora wool (15.3%)

Angora wool is a type of fiber that comes from the Angora rabbit. Rabbits are bred specifically for their fur, which is then sheared and collected to be spun into yarn or fabric. The resulting material is incredibly soft and has a silky texture, making it ideal for use in a variety of garments and accessories. Angora wool is often used for sweaters, hats, scarves and other items that require warmth and insulation. The process of collecting Angora wool begins with shearing the rabbits. This is usually done every three to four months. The coat is then combed to remove any debris such as straw or grass. Once the fibers are cleaned, they are ready to be spun into yarn or woven into fabric. The quality of the finished product can vary significantly depending on how the Angora wool is collected and processed. In general, higher quality angora will be softer and shinier than lower quality varieties. In addition, the finer types of angora are often used in garments that require finer materials, such as underwear or children's clothing. One of the greatest advantages of Angora wool is its insulating properties. This makes it perfect for winter wear as it can keep you warm without being too heavy or bulky. Angora also doesn't absorb moisture like some other fibers, so it can be a good choice for people who are prone to sweating or live in humid climates. Another benefit of angora wool is that it tends to be less irritating to the skin than other materials such as wool or acrylic. This means it can be a good choice for people with sensitive skin or allergies. In addition, angora wool usually does not pill like other types of fabric. This helps to extend the life of the garment.

Viscose (22.8%)

Viscose are textile fibers made from regenerated cellulose. The basic raw materials for the production of viscose are natural products, most often wood (beech, spruce, eucalyptus). Viscose materials absorb moisture well, are soft to the touch and do not irritate the skin.
